How do I write a good project listing?
The key to writing a good project listing is providing a clear description of your expectations. How much effort is required from the individual? When does the project need to be complete? How often do you need updates on progress? And most importantly, what will the individual be delivering upon completion? Remember, the more detail you provide in your listing the better.

Here is an article with tips on writing a great listing.

Do I need to provide them with office space?
If your project can be performed remotely then you do not need to provide office space. If your project requires them to be present in your office, you will need to provide them a space to work.
